- Accept the offer and pay required fees to obtain a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
- Prepare documents: passport, CoE, financial evidence, English test (IELTS/PTE) and health checks.
- Create an ImmiAccount, complete the visa application and attach supporting documents.
- Undergo health checks and biometric requests if required; respond to any Department of Home Affairs requests.
- Await decision; if granted, check visa conditions (work hours, course requirements) and prepare for arrival.
Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) — Steps
- Complete an eligible qualification from an Australian institution.
- Apply for the 485 visa within the specified timeframe after completion.
- Provide evidence of studies, English language, health and character requirements.
